Policy

Ordering: We request at least 48 hours notice for all catering orders to ensure all your requirements are meet in accordance with our Platinum Service standards. We will make all efforts to accommodate last minute requests but may need to alter menu selections as needed if products are not available.

Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations, or customers will be billed in full. Within 24 hours of an event product has already been ordered, prepped and labor costs incurred. In addition please communicate all changes in guest counts and menu choices within 24 hours of the event.

COSTS FOR FUNCTIONS

Catering costs: Catering from the menu is as priced on buffet service; there is a cost incurred for changing the type of service or adding to existing items.

Labor: For all functions that require labor (other than buffet service during office hours), these costs will be quoted based on your needs. Approximate costs: $25.00 an hour per staff (required staffing is determined by FLIK). After hours set up and cleanup time will be added to the time length of the event. Certain functions may also include a management fee for chefs and managers.

Rentals: An estimate will be provided for the following items:

equipment rentals
temporary labor
